The process begins when the operator scans a barcode that is uniquely assigned to a tote, carton, or order container. This action triggers the system to identify which items need to be picked for that specific order.
LED lights illuminate on the shelf where the item is stored
Once the order is recognized, LED indicator lights illuminate on the storage shelves or bins where the items are located. This instantly directs the operator to the correct location, removing the need to search or refer to printed pick lists.
The display shows the quantity to pick
